  1. When will my order be processed?
    • Different billing and shipping addresses entered.
    • Incomplete order or shipping information.
    • Payment process did not complete.
    • Item is currently out of stock or no longer available.
  2. If your order meets all authorization criteria, your order will ship out within three (3) business days after receipt of payment. Expedited shipping service is available upon request at additional cost.

  4. BNMS Enterprises does not accept credit cards directly over the phone.  However, you may pay using a credit or debit card on this website or via your PayPal account.   Our website accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards via a PayPal-provided system.  However, you are not required to open a PayPal account to use this system.


  5. Am I required to pay via PayPal or credit/debit card?
  6. No. Customers in the United States may pay by personal check or money order. International orders may be paid by international money order (US Funds only). Orders paid by check or money order will not ship until the payment is received. BNMS Enterprises reserves the right to delay shipment of an order pending verification of payment funding.


  7. What is your return policy?
  8. Satisfaction is guaranteed for our products. Please review our Returns Policy contained within our Terms and Conditions section on this website.


  9. I just ordered something, but now it’s on sale. Will you honor the sale price?
    • Your order must have been placed no more than 7 calendar days prior to the date the price change took effect. Please include your name, invoice number, email address and/or mailing address in your request.
    • Your request must be made within the 7 calendar day window; inquiries made after that period may be denied.
    • NOTE – Price adjustments will not be made if you have already received a discount using a promotional code or other promotional discount, unless the price adjustment exceeds the previously discounted amount.
    • Promotions are not eligible for price adjustments.
  10. Yes. If your payment was made via PayPal, the difference will be refunded via PayPal. If your payment was by check or money order, we will issue your refund via company check. For international orders paid by money order, the refund will be issued via an international money order. All price adjustments are subject to the following conditions:


  11. How do you determine shipping rates?
  12. All shipping rates are based on the weight of your items, the location of your shipping address and the method of shipment, using United States Postal Service (USPS) rates. Exact costs are not known until you reach the shipping section of the check out process.


  13. I just placed my order, but I forgot to use the promotional code or the code didn’t process correctly. What should I do?
  14. Once an order is placed, a promotional code CANNOT be applied.  Please contact us via email orders@terlinguaracingteam.com or by phone 940-453-1908.


  15. When I call the BNMS Enterprises phone number, why am I sometimes asked to leave a voice mail?
  16. We are a small company, so we may not be able to answer your calls immediately. Please leave a detailed voice mail message including your name, phone number and the reason for your call. We will return your call as soon as possible.


  17. Can you ship orders outside of the United States?
    • Shipping options vary depending on the delivery and customs restrictions in your country. Not all shipping methods may be available.
    • Your exact shipping costs are not known until you proceed through the checkout process.
    • Additional fees such as taxes, duty or brokerage may be requested upon delivery or billed in the future from USPS or your local customs department. BNMS Enterprises is not responsible for any of these costs.

  21. Why does my former website password not work?
  22. In order to bring you a better, more user-friendly website, BNMS Enterprises has completely re-designed our website from the ground up. As part of that re-building, the user registration and passwords associated with our former website are no longer usable. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

    To create a new account, simply select one or more of our many great products. Purchase the item and you will sign up at that time. Upon future visits back to the site, you can simply login as a returning user.


  23. Can I reproduce the Terlingua Racing Team Logo or the Terlingua Rabbit Logo?
  24. No. The Terlingua Racing Team shield logo and all parts of the logo, including the “Terlingua Rabbit” image, are the copyrighted © property of Bill Neale, Dallas, TX. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. If you have ideas for products using the logo or rabbit image, please contact BNMS Enterprises for consideration.
